CANCELLATION POLICY
To maintain the quality and integrity of our services, please review and acknowledge the following policies before booking your appointment: 1. No Call / No Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a “No Show.” A $75 no show fee will be charged to the card on file. Repeated no shows may result in being blocked from future bookings. 2. Late Cancellation Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation made after the 24-hour window will incur a $75 late cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. Same-day cancellations are also subject to this fee. 3. Late Arrival Policy We offer a 10-minute grace period. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation at the discretion of the provider. If your appointment is canceled due to tardiness, the $75 late cancellation fee will apply. Habitual lateness may result in a suspension of booking privileges.
